setModelRule(

    rule: (keyof ModelRules) | null,

): Promise<void>
Sets the user's rule for one model under the configuration lease: it is removed from the other lists, so exactly one rule, or none, applies to it.
Parameters
- model: string
- rule: (keyof ModelRules) | null
  allow, ask or deny; null leaves the model to the price rules.
- file: string = ...
  The configuration file; the VS Code extension passes the one it gives the runtime.
Returns Promise<void>

Throws
ToolError (INPUT_LIMIT) on an invalid model identifier; otherwise when the configuration cannot be locked, read, validated or written.
