Function load

load(handle: string, forceLog?: boolean): Promise<History | null>
Low-level history loader with automatic cache management and crash recovery.
Parameters
- handle: string
  Valid session handle.
- forceLog: boolean = false
  If true, bypasses the JSON snapshot and replays the JSONL log directly.
Returns Promise<History | null>
History snapshot or null if no record exists.
