    Model a turn runs when neither the call nor its session names one.

    executable?: string

    The CLI to run: an absolute path, a path starting with ~/, or vscode-extension for the newest copy the vendor's VS Code extension provides. Omitted, the CLI is found on PATH, then in the vendor's VS Code extension.

    skills?: SkillSelection

    Explicit skill selection; omitted installs the catalog, an empty installed list installs none.
