Lists the models the signed-in Codex CLI offers.
Parameters
- command: string
  The Codex executable.
- acceptedEfforts: readonly string[]
  Efforts the adapter passes on.
- Optionalcontext: BackendReadContext
  Optional cancellation and deadline context (EXEC-001-T08c).
Returns Promise<ModelCatalog | undefined>
The catalog, or undefined when the server does not answer model/list.
