Resolves an installed client the way the runtime does: environment override, then backends.<id>.executable, then PATH and the vendor extensions' copies.
Parameters
- client: "codex" | "claude" | "agy"
  A supported standalone client, separate from backend readiness.
- home: string = ...
  Local user's home/profile boundary.
- env: ProcessEnv = process.env
  PATH, explicit CLI overrides and the configuration file; explicit choices fail closed.
- nodePath: string = process.execPath
  Node executable for JavaScript launchers, supplied by the VSIX.
Returns CliCommand | null
A shell-free command, or null when no supported executable is installed, including a missing copy selected with vscode-extension. Other explicit choices fail closed.
