Module integrations/setup

Shared local-default-profile setup used by the CLI and VS Code onboarding.

Remarks

Existing manual entries are preserved. Managed updates require a successful native-host check before and after replacement; SDK probes alone cannot approve a migration. No backend download, login, or background synchronization occurs.
